Cancellation and refund policies:

For prepaid reservations (prepaid by card or deposit) up to 12 hours from the reservation, you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge if the activite is for after 24 hours.

if you cancel less 24 hours before the activite 100% of the total amount will be charged.

In case you want to change the transfer date or time, there is no charge if it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, while in case it is less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, 100% of the travel price will be are charged.

In case of forced cancellation of the itinerary due to force majeure or adverse conditions, we will inform you in time and refund you the price of this price.
